simple griddataboundgrid sample

hi,
I'm new to syncfusion, so I'm sorry if it's a stupid question but i need to ask it.
I need to view a dataset in a form and someone suggested i use griddataboundgrid. I tried to follow the sample of sortedGDBG without the unneeded code: I added to the form GDBG and a dataset and put it as the grid's data source but when the dataset is updated the grid isn't. Am i doing something wrong? can anyone give a simple code sample for this?

Please have a look at the above sample and if still the issue exists, could you please try reproducing it in the above sample or send us the reproducing steps so that we could sort out the cause of the issue and provide you a solution?
