Print, export features in 2.1.0.50

Hello,

We are using Essential Suite 2.1.0.50. I want to know if the following features are supported in this version

1. Printing grouping grid control (including headers and footers)

2. Exporting grouping grid to the following formats -
• XML
• CSV (comma delimited)
• TIFF file
• Acrobat (PDF) file
• Web archive
• Excel

Hi Shipra,

Thanks for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

The v2.1.0.50 supports printing Grid Grouping Control. But it had lot of issues which has been fixed in latest versions. Also v2.1.0.50 does not support Exporting. Our current version v6.1.0.34 supports Export to Excel.

Please find the latest version of our Essential Studio in the following link in which many issues regarding printing and exporting have been fixed.

Sorry for the partial answers in the last post.

1) To print header and footer in the Grid Grouping Control, please refer the following KB.

2) Our current version v6.1.0.34 has the direct support of Exporting the GridGrouping Control to Excel, XML and to Bitmap images.

ExportToExcel:

..\My Documents\Syncfusion\EssentialStudio\x.x.x.x\Windows\Grid.Grouping.Windows\Samples\2.0\Serialization\Excel Export

XML:

..\My Documents\Syncfusion\EssentialStudio\x.x.x.x\Windows\Grid.Grouping.Windows\Samples\2.0\Serialization\EmployeeViewXmlIO

3) To export into PDF please refer the following forum.

4) Currently our Essential Grid does not support exporting into CSV, Web Archieve.
