ComboBoxAdv multiple images

Is it not possible to have an item in the ComboBoxAdv control display two images at once, instead of only assigning one image?

Adding multiple images to ComboBoxAdv item

ComboBoxBase control allows you to attach any ListControl to it to create a custom ComboBox. So you could add multiple images to combobox item by extending ListControl with multiple image support.
