The product looks very promising. We need to create diagrams at runtime from data entered by users. Must we load an .edd file to display a diagram and if so, what is the best way to create the .edd file programmatically from data?

Hi Paul,

You can create nodes dynamically using the data entered by the user. It is not necessary that you have to load DiagramControl using the .edd or .edp files.

Please have a look at the sample in which nodes are generated dynamically and linked together:

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Diagram.Web/5.2.0.25/I39211/main.htm

Please let me know if this helps you out.

Raji

Perfect! Took less than 5 minutes to get a skeleton together for what we need to do. Are there other samples that are not in the trial download?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the update.

Sorry we don't have samples other than from the sample browser samples. Could you please give us your requirements so that we will give you the samples based on your requirements.

Regards,
Raji
