This issue has been confirmed to be a defect and we have created a defect report for this.
To facilitate tracking the progress of the fix and timely resolution, we have created a DirectTrac incident #37208 and we request you to follow up the same. Our development team would be able to determine the fix and alert you with the service pack download details as soon as they are made available.
