Why doesn't the shortcuts in a XPToolBar not work?

Hi, I have an XP Toolbar without any barmanager. The baritems in the toolbar have shortcuts. They don't work. In the tools knowledgebase 8.6, http://www.syncfusion.com/KB/Tools/Tools_c1c.asp#q626q it is written that it is not yet supported. Is is supported now (1.6.1)? The workaround sample link on that page does not work. Can you please upload that sample again. thanks, - Reddy
