Maintain different controls in single column of grid

In my scenario, i need to take 3 groups in a single grid and in first group one column maintain dropdown , that dropdown is visible like lable in some rows. By click on image button need to get popup window for enter some data. I am sending the screenshot for my scanario, send me the clear sample for this ASAP.
