Assembly problem very urgent

While am switching from one form to another, am getting error and i think its a assembly error.
the project is already done 2 years before the version was v1.1.4322

Now my client is getting the debugg error while switching from one form to another.

I searched it and found that its because of syncfusion controls..

When switching from one form the controls are gets disposed.. the issue is at that point.

Please give me a a solution. what can i do.
