Value does not fall within the expected range Exception

I get this exception on my line:
document.Open(DocumentName,FormatType.Doc);

Can u please clarify what does this exception means?

I am able to see the issue of "Value does not fall within the expected range Exception" in v4.4.0.51. But this issue is fixed in our latest version 5.1. Please upgrade to our latest version. Our latest versions are available for download from the below location,
