Hi Roy,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion Products.

Issue 1 :( Which component should I use to create report?)

You can use Essential XlsIO, PDF and DocIO which are .NET libraries to create reports in Excel, PDF and Word format.

Issue 2 :( What is the purpose of PDF component by Syncfusion?)

Essential PDF is a class library that can only be used for producing PDF files from scratch in your .NET applications and it does not have a user interface of its own that can be used to view the created PDF file. The PDF file that is created using Essential PDF can only be viewed using Adobe Acrobat or the free version of Acrobat Viewer from Adobe.

Issue 3 :( Does Syncfusion provide special component for creating report?)

We provide three components for creating report.

1) Essential XlsIO - Reports in Excel format

2) Essential PDF - Reports in PDF format

3) Essential Word - Reports in Word format.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
