Disable Chart''s Callback functionality

I have a ChartWebControl which is placed within an Ajax UpdatePanel. The update panel is within a WebPartZone. After the page finishes loading, (the graph displays correctly) I'm getting an error saying that the ChartCallBack object is undefined. I see that the chart callback script is not being downloaded.

I don't need the callback feature and would like to just disable. I set the AsyncronousRefresh property of the chart to false and that took care of some of the calls but I still have the problem with the ChartCallBack object being undefined because of the script not being downloaded.

Thanks,

Hi Jenia,

Thanks for using Syncfusion Products.

I am not able to reproduce this issue which you have mentioned in the previous update. You can download the sample from the below given Webpage link,

http://websamples.syncfusion.com/samples/Chart.Web/5.1.0.51/F63009/main.htm

Kindly take a look at the attached samples and let me know if I have missed any steps in reproducing the issue.

Could you please let me know what version of Essential Studio you are using?

Thanks and Regards,
Rashidha.

Hi Rashidha,

I am using Version=5.102.0.51.

I see that you are using a CallbackPanel while I have an UpdatePanel, which is by the way contained within a web part. The app is portal using ASP.NET 2.0 Web Part infrastructure.

Thanks

Jenia

Hi Jenia,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I am not able to reproduce this issue which you have mentioned in the previous update. I have created one AjaxEnableWebsite sample with Updated panel and ChartWebcontrol.

Please take a look at the attached sample.

Please let me know if I have missed any steps in reproducing the issue. Could you please modify this sample and send back to me, which would help us to analyse it better?

Thanks for your patience.

Regards,
Rashidha.
