Hi, We added several features that are missing from official release. Our version works perfectly both in run time and design time, it has another assembly name and another strong name key. We had to disable design time license checking, because standard Syncfusion license provider can't work with our assemblies. What is the policy for distribution of such version ?

You can distribute your own versions of the Syncfusion DLLs provided you sign the assemblies with your own keys, and it sounds like you have. In the 1.6.1 Tools User's Guide, section 1.1.3, it discusses how to build such custom libraries and signing them appropriately.
