Blinking controls when ParentBarItem.Visible changed

Hello.

I created MainMenu and added several ParentBarItems there. I want to hide some Items sometimes and show its in another time.
But when I change ParentBarItem.Visible property, all TreeView and ListView controls on the form are blinking. It is very annoying issue.
I have attached the example.
