I've stopped working with the Beta version of Essential Diagram because it was clear from the source code that there was a bunch of work still going on with the implementation. Moving from the V4 diagram API to the v5 API is a lot of work already, so I didn't want to head down any garden paths because the implementation was incomplete. This leads to the following questions:
When do you expect the next V5 release to be available? Do you expect it to be another beta release or the final V5.x formal release?

Thanks for the update. We do not have a firm date for the release yet. There will be a beta refresh this week. We have had some issues reported during beta testing and the final release will depend on resolution of these. I will let you know the release date of our main release at the earliest.
