Grid swallows function key presses?

using GDBG, For some reason, only F2 and F4 are getting through to the KeyDown event on the grid.

I've placed a text box on the same form, and all the function keys are received there in its KeyDown event.

How can I capture the function keys in the KeyDown event ?
