The Diagram.SaveSoap () method can be used to Save the diagram to the stream in XML format. You can also read the data from the diagram. Our Samples/QuickStart/OrgChartXML sample demonstrates how to read the data from XML file. In this sample the codes in Load_Click() method will give you an idea about what you are looking for.
