How do I synchronize the scrolling of multiple edit controls?

I found the following in the web-based help.

"The scrollbar events can be used to synchronize the scrolling of multiple edit controls...
This feature can be observed in the Scrollbar Demo sample."

I have no problem trapping the event, but I can't figure out what I need to do to syncronize the other control. I tried setting the CurrentLine but that doesn't work. I was also unable to find the Scrollbar Demo sample.
