Charts in Excel Templates can be displayed

HI Im evaluating XLSIO and am attempting to open a excel template with chart.

I cut the sample code given in your sample browser and when i ran my codes I get a pop up message saying "unable to read file"

I then get another message saying that excel found unreadable content and whether I would want to recover the content of the workbook

Upon clicking yes I can see the template hwever without the chart

I first thought that it was the chart i.e. maybe the tpe of chart is not supported. I tried with a new sample template with a very basic chart.

Still the same issue though??

What do i need to do??
