RTF box shows hyperlink

I followed the instructions in the FAQ for adding a link to a rich text box. the box is filled from an RTF file, and contains some text marked as hyperlink in Word. In Word, the link shows up normally, but when displayed in the Windows form the actual URL shows after the text that has the link assigned. Obviously there's a way to eliminate this, but I can'd find it and would appeciate assistance.

In WORD the text looks like this:
The XXX will help you develop effective
where XXX is blue and underlined as usual.

In the WinForm, I see
The XXX

Sorry, the end of the text shows in the editor but not on the screen; : afer "I see" is The XXX followed by a link in angle brackets -- both XXX and the link are marked in blue with underline.

I tried to load rtf using the following line.

richTextBox1.LoadFile("sam.rtf");

Couldn't see the issues.Whats exactly going at your side?
