Multiple Choice CheckBox

Your product does everything i need except checkboxes. I need to create a multiple choice check box in my excel workbook. Do you have any suggestions on how to make this work or is there a better option for multiple choice answers? Thanks for your time.

Currently we do not provide support to insert check box in excel worksheet. However we provide support for pick List. Here is the sample for your reference.

Thanks for checking on this i really appreciate it! I'm using the pick list but the only problem is that you can not select more than one answer at a time. Please let me know if you find anything out about a multiple select option (checkbox). Thank you for your time.
