Merging Signed PDFs

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any logic in this:

When I merge (or append) 2 or more PDF files, and these files are digitally signed, should the resultant pdf include the digital certificates, one per page or PDF?

As i tested the resultante PDF had no certificates at all. This could be logic, meaning i shoud "sign" the resultant PDF.

Thank in advance.

Hi,

It is not possible to append two signed documents that has signatures in it . However, we can retain the sign of the document using either add or insert method. If two different signed document is added or insert, it retain only the source file sign. With this I have attached the sample for your refernce.

Let me know if you have any question.

Best Regards,
Bhuvaneswari.
