Older versions of Word

Hello,

I'm evaluating DocIO and DocPDF at the moment. We have a bunch of Word files that need to be converted to PDF. When I attempt to do this, I get a "Cannot open storage" error.

The documents are all saved as Word 95/6.0. When I save them to a newer version of Word, I do not get this error.

So, my question is: what versions of Word does your software support (it doesn't say on your website that I could find)? Do you have plans to support older versions in the near future?

Thanks.

Hi Rebecca,

Thank you for your interest in Syncfusion products.

Currently we provide support for Office version 97 to 2003.Also, we do not have any immediate plans for implementing this feature[support for office 95] in the near future.

Thanks for pointing out the missing stuffs regarding version supported in documentation. We will include it in the next version.

Please let me know if you have any other queries.

Regards,
Dhivya.
