Opening a sample solution file in VS2005 (no IIS)

Hi there,

Is there a way to open a solution file in VS2005 and run the sample through VS2005 through debug (F5) mode?

Or is IIS required to be running on my local machine for the sample to work?

Screen shot attached when no IIS is running. Just want to run the sample through VS 2005.
