AppendTextBox method can append text box only at the end of the paragraph.We can not add text before that.I will update you regarding this feature by tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Currently it is not possible add the text box in the middle. However, I will forward this issue to development team and provide you an update when I hear back.
