Single quotes in Direct-Trac

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed a problem in direct-trac entries where a single quote (') seems to double each time a new comment is added to the incident?

I've gotten to the point in some cases where there are whole lines of quotes which make it very hard to read.

I can't tell whether its something about my account or is a general problem.
