Extract an existing Excel chart as a byte[]

Is it possible to extract an Excel chart from an existing spreadsheet in the form of a byte[]?

Essentially, I want to pass data in, the chart would be drawn by Excel, and then extract the chart itself for use in my app.

I'm new to this tool and don't see anything close to this in your samples.
