Error while registring COM Proxy on client

hello friends...

i careated a COM + Application which has a server and client..
1. Server component regisered sucess fully..
2. I careted a proxy which i could install client run from other mechines to acess this server component

My peoblem as follows

when i install this proxy comonent on client mechines.. gives error

i deleted this compnent from control panel/administritive tools / component servies / com + appplication
/ [My Component] / right click / delete..

after i tried to install the proxy again gives the same error message

canot register

details reason for this error is

The component DLL self registration routine failed
The DLL register server fialed on component install.
/ The DLL regsiter server function failed or routine did not register the
component

pls some one can help me regarding th is..

when you install the proxy, are you an administrator of the client machine?
