dropdown list from lookup table in ggc

I have a datatable that is bound to the ggc.

The datatable have the fllw columns
(name, rate, categoryID)

I have a lookup table that contains lookup values for the category with the keys (LookupCategoryID, LookupCategoryName)


How do I make a dropdown list appears in the ggc that contain all the lookup values with the correct category selected by default?
