Hi Dave,
Thank you for using Syncfusion Essential Studio.
Here is the command to run the assembly manager in command line.
http://www.syncfusion.com/Support/user/uploads/assemblymanagerconsole_e46929fa.zip
Please remove or rename the 'Assemblies' folder from the following location:
C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Studio\Assemblies or
C:\Program Files\Syncfusion\Essential Suite\Assemblies
Here is the KB for your reference to run the assembly manager in command line.

Could you Please create Direct-Trac incident in the following location for more information.

I have created a Direct Trac incident for this issue. The fix posted did not eliminate the problem. An error is thrown by the downloaded Assemblymanager.
