I'm using Essential Suite since version 1.5.2 and I'm now going to install version 1.6.1. Do I need to uninstall the previous version before I install the new one?

Hi Holger,
It is recommended, but not required. If you choose to not uninstall the previous version, selecting the second option in the maintenance screen (upgrade installed products), the new version will be installed on top of the existing version.
