As a result of this problem, users who submit Direct Trac incidents will not receive an update notification when a Syncfusion engineer updates the incident. Our Direct Trac support is available, and we are responding to your posts as time permits, but you will not receive a notification of an update.
This problem has also disrupted our email service, so responses to any emails you send to us will be delayed.
