Essential Chart: glitchy display of FancyToolTip

Hi,

I ran the FancyToolTipSample (VS 2005). I found that at certain hover positions, the display of the fancy tool tip is glitchy. Please see the attached screenshot.

Is this what I should expect to see?

I saw this with the 4.2.0.37 sample, as well as 4.1.0.62.
