diagram constructor

After realizing that the diagram constructor was taking very long time we tracked the problem:

It takes a few seconds to get the paper size, on the View when refreshing the page settings. Is there a way to disable this to speed it up since most of the times the users don't need the access to the printers?

Thanks,
jesus

We have the same problem and have incident Direct Trac incident 27173 open. We have been told that this will be fixed in the 4.4 release this month.

Our diagrams take upwards of 6-7 seconds to load. Half of which is in the diagram constructor.

And kindly bear with us till the next version.

Any updates when this version with the performance issue in the constructor is going to be released.

Is taking up to 20 seconds when working offline and configured with network printers.

It was expected by November but now we are in January
