Adobe: There was a problem reading this document (14)

Using EssentialPDF 4.2, we create a PDFDocument Object in memory, populate it, and stream it to the browser. Works fine here in our development house under Adobe 50., 6.0, and 7.0...

Deployed it to a customer (of course) and they are encountering the following error message in Adobe Reader 7 and/or Adober Acrobat 7:

"There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (14)."

Any thoughts...
