tabcontrol title


With tabcontrol having >1 page, the page title''s dotted highlighting rectangle paints beyond its area as in the attached screen shot.

How to disable page title highlighting?

Hi Alsaleem,

You can use the DrawItem event to turn off the focus rectangle.

Please refer the attached sample and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for using Syncfusion products.

This behavior is only there when using RTL. In LTR, the highlight rectangle is OK!!
Isn''t this a bug?

Yes it is a bug. We have logged a bug report #2823. Please track the status of this bug in the link below.
Defect #2823 - Focus rectangle of tab item draw beyond its area when the tabcontrol is in right to left mode.


We will fix this issue at the earliest and let you know. Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention.
