GridExcelConverterControl.ExcelToGrid() does not work properly

Hi,
We are using the GridExcelConverterControl.ExcelToGrid ()
to load excel ss into GridControl but we noticed that it failes to load certain cells correctly.

These are the cases:
-) custom formatting on excel. ex:
_($* #,##0.0_);_($* (#,##0.0);_($* "-"??_);_(@_)
shows up as _($* 10.0_) for excel value of $ 10.0
-) Some of the dates do not get loaded correctly.
In excel: 9/20/2016 but it was loaded as 0/20/2016 losing the 9.
-) Row height does not get calced correctly for certain ss where the height is too small in the GridControl and can''t see the cell text.

Do you have work around for these issues?

I am using the latest eval version of Syncfusion.
