Getting compiler error after setting the color to Recordfieldcell in the appearence

Iam getting following compiler error after i set color to Recordfieldcell in the appearence.

Syncfusion.Drawing.BrushInfo'' exists in both ''c:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\synchgriddemo\d650e1ee\ac8cfb15\assembly\dl3\c9d6e439\00eada4c_b584c601\Syncfusion.Shared.Base.DLL'' and ''c:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC\Syncfusion.Shared.Base\4.201.0.37__3d67ed1f87d44c89\Syncfusion.Shared.Base.dll'' D:\SynchGridDemo\Default.aspx

Can any body suggest me on this?
