Scroll bars are disappearing

Hai,
After Zooming In Scroll (vert. and horizontal) arrow buttons are disappearing .
and even if i minimize it , then again if i reopen it scorllbars are disappearing.

I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce this issue both the version 4.1.0.50 and 4.1.0.62.
