Hi Daniel,
I need localization support for Essential Tools and Essential Diagram. Essential Tool is not fully localizable becaus of Defect #2180, Essential Diagram does not seem to be localizable at all.

We will have this fully revamped with the release of version 4.4 (end September). We can provide a private patch in about 2 weeks with the changes.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
We have completed almost all the necessary changes for Tools localization and currently we are working in Diagram localization. We need a one week time frame to complete this and get back to you with the private patch which contains the fix for this issue.
We dont have plan to include these changes in v4.3. We will include the complete localization support in v4.4
