Continuous resizing of dock panel

Please follow the below steps to recreate the error
1.Start the application found in the attached source code.
2. First dock the "Navigation" bar by clicking on the pin.
3. Now try docking the "Details" panel by clicking on the pin. Notice that the panel continously tries to resize.

Please let me know what could be the issue. This issue does not occur if u reverse Step 2 & 3

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.I was not able to reproduce the issue when tried using our version 4.2.0.37.
Could you please let me know the version of Essential studio you are using?
