DocIO Format loss bugs

I have been evaluating DocIO recently and have been having several major issues while opening existing documents and saving them after a mail merge operation.

Infact even if you open and save the attached document using DocIO you loose a lot of formatting information (bullets, drawings,form related information). Is this a known bug?
How can it be avoided? This really makes DocIO extremely limited in its ability to ''edit/modify'' existing doucments for mail merging purposes.

Hi Ahmed,

Thank you for evaluating Essential DocIO.

The document you sent has some of form field elements and drawing shapes. Currently we do not have support to preserve/insert the drawing shape and form field elements from/to document. Other then these two document elements, all are supported by DocIO. However we are working to add these features and I will get back to you as soon as the feature gets implemented.
