I upgraded our application from VS.NET2003+
Syncfusion Studio 3.3.0 to VS.NET2005 + Syncfusion Studio

I got following two compiled error:
Error 2 The type or namespace name ''InsertSymbolTool'' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

Error 3 The type or namespace name ''IPDFDocument'' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

It looks like the new version changed name space
for Diagram and PDFDocument.

Any idea to fix them?

Hi Lan,

1) IPDFDocument interface has been made internal and you need to use PDFDocument instead.

Please take a look at the realease notes for other implementation changes in the latest version. Here is the link for pdf release notes.

2) Regarding the Diagram issue we will update you soon.

Hi Lan,

I believe you have posted the same issue that you have raised here regarding the "InsertSymbolTool" issue under Essential Diagram Forum and also in the DirecTrac. And I have provided the response to both the forum and the incident. If it is ok with you, shall we continue our discussion about this issue in the forum under Essential Diagram http://syncfusion.com/Support/forums/message.aspx?MessageID=47664?

Thank you for your support to Syncfusion products.
