Direct Trac

Anyone else find that turnaround time for simple questions in Direct Trac is very poor? It''s like I have to wait a day for a simple answer, then another day for another. Gets frustrating.

I think the same happens to the forum. I remember some month ago - the reaction from syncfusion was much better.

We apologize for the difficulties. We have had some new hires in some teams and that might have slowed down response times for certain incidents. Support is definitely on top of our agenda and this response times should get much better pretty soon.
