paletteGroupBar disappears with persistState true

Question

I have an MDI app with a paletteGroupBar at the parent level that''s hooked up to the dockingManager. With persistState = false I can see PGB at runtime along with the child form. However if I set persistState = true then at runtime the PGB doesn''t show. How do I get it to show w/persistState true?

Could you please let us know the Essential Studio version and the .Net Framework you are using?
