Paging in edit control skips lines

The edit control skips lines when paging (using page down) through a text.

This can be easily reproduced using the text navigation sample

Apart from the first page down (using the page down key or the navigationmenu) which only moves down a fraction of the screen, the control will skip lines.
last line:25, first line: 27 after page down
last line:49, first line: 52 after page down
last line:73, first line: 83!! after page down
and so on

paging up also exhibits weird behaviour from skipping lines to only paging up a fraction of the page

are these known issues?
