Grid events fired multiple times

Using a standard grid control and handler like so:

GridControl g = new GridControl();
g.GridControlMouseUp += new CancelMouseEventHandler(g_GridControlMouseUp);

I find that the event handler is fired twice when you click on a cell. I would like it to be fired only once, any ideas on how to achieve that, or what might be causing this behavior?

I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce this issue.

Please let me know the version number of Studio you are testing this with and the VS.Net version.
