XPToolBar - All Menus Disappered

Hi, We are using Syncfusion 3.2.1.0. In our application, we have menus(top), tool bars and context menus. Suddently all the top menus are not visible. Toolbars and context menus are working fine. It seems menus are built(as we can see in debugger) but not displayed. When we right click on toolbar area and goto customize -> command window, we could even see the menu items. Dont know why they are not displayed. We have unselected all other toolbars to see if space was the problem. But no use. Can you please help? Rgds Rajani Kanth Badri

Hi Badri, Could you please delete the files in the Isolated Storage (C:\Documents and Settings\[USER]\Local Settings\Application Data\IsolatedStorage)folder and delete the bin and obj folder in your application and try running the sample again? Thanks, Mano

Hi Mano, Thank You..When I delete all the files it is working fine. Again, our users must be storing some of the data in that folder. So, we are not sure if we can delete all the files on thier system. One file "identity.dat" (in a sub-folder "Url*) seems to store the exe name. Is this the file storing the menu - application data? Can we delete this file alone? Plz confirm.. Hi Rajani Kanth, Thanks for the update. You should have to delete the "SyncfusionToolsStateInfo.bin" file in the files folder to remove the state info of menus. If you open this file in a notepad, it will show the HashTable collection, CommandBarState (certain Bar properties, DockState etc.). You can delete the file to get rid of the problem. Please let me know if you need more assistance. Thanks for using Syncfusion products. Regards, Mano
