What is release date of version 4.2?

I was told the version 4.2 will have a lot of bug fixes and full support of x64 platform. And it was supposed to be released today.
Any update?

Hi Qingjun,

4.2 will be released on 5/15/06. 64 bit support did not make it into 4.2 (The products work but there are configuration issues). We will provide a service pack for this shortly after (within 2 weeks).

We had to move it to 5/18/06. It will be made available as a release candidate and will be a few days before we term it final (there will be no code changes - only bug fixes).

Hi Paul, The RC has been updated on the site. It can be downloaded from - http://www.syncfusion.com/Downloads/latestversion.aspx. What does evaluation mean in your previous post? Is this the RTM version of 4.2 that I can get a link for? I saw "evaluation" and it sounded like another RC version. Just checking. I don’t want to have to download this and then get another if this isn’t the final. Just wanted some clarification on that. Thanks.
