Hi,
Do you have a subscription on your account? If you logged into the wrong account it may not work, since the page verifies your subscription status before providing the key. Also, if your subscription expired, you might be trying to access keys from version after the expiration date, which also won''t work.
Could you please create an incident so that we can assist you in getting a key? I won''t be able to provide you a key through the forums. Alternatively, you could contact your Sales Rep.
