autoscroll (panel) URGENT!!!!!!!!

I am adding some controls vertically on panel at run time.
The autoscroll property of panel is set to true.
After certain no of clicks a vertical scroll bar pops up.
I want to get " THE WIDTH AND THE MAXIMUM VALUE" of this vertical Scroll Bar.
How do i get it?
